Terms of service

All products sold through Dusk Ridge Studio are made to order and fulfilled through Printful. By placing an order, you agree that production begins immediately upon order confirmation and that the made-to-order nature of our products is understood prior to purchase.

Shipping policy

Production time is typically 2 to 5 business days after your order is placed. Shipping time varies by destination and selected shipping method.  You will receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. Dusk Ridge Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier after the order has been dispatched.  For questions about your order status, contact us via Shopify with your order number.

Return and refund policy

Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.  If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.  To request a replacement or refund, contact us via Shopify with your order number and photos of the issue.
